What are your shipping charges?
Most all items in your cart ship for a flat fee of $14.00. StensPartsOutlet.com is not responsible for typographical errors or shipping charge errors. Some items may be considered Hazardous, Heavy or Oversized requiring additional shipping charges. If an error is found after your order is submitted, or the item(s) is out of stock, we will notify you at the email address given at time of purchase and cancel the order, with full refund to you.

Do you allow returns or refunds?
No returns or refunds are allowed without first contacting us for return authorization, We only accept returns for incorrect items shipped by us and Item(s) must be unused and in original, unopened packaging. We do not accept returns for item(s) purchased in error or item(s) no longer needed. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number, to receive an RMA number please email us at sales@StensPartsOutlet.com. Return shipping charges are not reimbursed.
